Aloha, this is Jay, CEO of Scuba Gods. A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, I taught scuba at various dive shops, as well as at some of the most exclusive resorts in Hawaii, including the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton hotel chains. During that time, I witnessed many people being run through the machine, spending a great deal of money in the process, and, unfortunately, not receiving the level of service they deserved. Quantity, not quality, quickly became the order of the day. Standards got sacrificed, balls got dropped, and the paying customer ended up falling through the cracks. In retrospect, I’m grateful for the experience, as I learned what not to do when running a dive business. With that in mind, Scuba Gods was born, a dive operation based on a business philosophy I hold in the highest regard: Professionalism and customer service, first and foremost, above all else. The underwater stuff, quite frankly, is just icing on the cake. The real Scuba Gods dive experience begins the second you exit your vehicle, and ends the moment we say goodbye.
