 Aloha, this is Jay, President / CEO of Scuba Gods. I started this company over 14 years ago based on three principles I hold in the highest regard: The first two are professionalism and customer service, and in the world that I live in, it’s professionalism and customer service above all else. The third principle is more of a philosophy, I suppose: I treat people the way I would want to be treated. I firmly believe that if you adhere to these three principles when running a dive business, everything else will take care of itself, and at the end of the day you can hold your head high. Over the years, that belief has rarely, if ever, let me down. Let’s face it: The truth is, you never know what you are getting when booking anything via the internet, and I’m here to tell you that’s the last thing you’ll ever have to worry about at this dive company. Having my name and reputation behind this business is the ultimate motivator for me, and my number one goal is to make sure your dives with Scuba Gods are the highlight of your vacation on Maui....What follows is the part where I get to blow my own horn a little bit, and given my resume and the number of years I’ve spent in this business, I guess I kind of have it coming, heh, heh.
