Whether you E-mail or call toll free, you’ll be in touch with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and actually cares about the quality of your diving experience. Any questions you may have about diving, or even accommodations and car rentals, will all be answered in a courteous manner. We normally respond to E-mails in less than one business day from the time we receive them. We answer phone calls during normal business hours, but if voicemail picks up, we are either underwater or closed for the day. In any case, we’ll call you back promptly after receiving your message.

Around these parts, service doesn’t stop after the sale. Upon booking, we will send you a formal E-mail confirmation with all the details, including meeting times for your dives, contact phone numbers, and your total cost. We also include detailed driving directions from your hotel or condo, which makes it easy to find the meeting place for all your dives. You can easily print the directions, and then bring them along as a reference once you get to Maui.
