The Hawaiian green sea turtle, or “Honu”, is the most popular underwater attraction requested by divers visiting Maui. At select shore dive locations, turtles establish certain areas of the reef as “cleaning stations”, where resident reef fish gather to eat the algae that accumulates on their massive shells. As an added bonus, these animals are easily approachable, making them excellent photo subjects. Just add the Camera Rental or Professional Photos option to any shore dive, for the memory of a lifetime!
